Today customers are getting used to receive personalized services in the online world in the form of personalized recommendations and offers tailored to their needs. To keep up with this customer demands, brick & mortar businesses, including retailers also have to adapt to this trend if they want to keep their market position against online-only competitors.

In the talk we present a case study from of a hypermarket chain that started this transformation and now provides personalized offers to its loyalty card users using different channels to increase customer loyalty, improve brand image, and boost sales

In this project Gravity empowers advanced digital marketing campaigns, personalized couponing, website recommendations and personalized email campaigns with its customizable RECO Enterprise recommendation system and advanced analytics expertise. We discuss the prerequisites of the personalization project in terms of required data, introduces the personalization features and use-cases supported by recommendation module, and report on the initial results.
